PERSONAL TRAINING is categorized as the FITNESS element of wellness.
We offer a variety of options within the service of personal training. Whether your goal is to rehabilitate an injury, fix a bad knee or shoulder, become more fit or run your first or 50th race, we have something for you!
Our personal training specialists will come to your home or workplace and deliver an individualized program to help get you progressing in the right direction towards your goals. Don't worry if you don't have any equipment, we'll take care of that for you!

Fitness & Wellness Assessment

The Fitness
& Wellness Assessment (FWA) goes hand in hand with personal
training. In fact, it's required because it allows us to establish a starting point in order to
design a properly progressive program in order to achieve optimum
success. The client will be taken through an assessment in order to
establish a baseline of the client's capabilities and overall fitness
levels. Depending on how often the client receives personal training
services, ideally, every 6-8 weeks the client is re-assessed. From
here, changes are made as needed in different areas of the client's
program.
Assessments included
are weight, resting heart rate, body fat, cardiovascular endurance,
muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance.
We
specialize in functional and integrated training. This is part of a
progressive system including training for flexibility, cardiovascular
endurance and performance, strength, core, balance, stability and
reaction. This service is ideal for anyone from beginners to elite
fitness levels. This is a great option for a beginner to learn the
right way to train. A personal trainer can always push you harder than you can push yourself.
The
Fitness and Wellness Assessment completed before personal training
sessions begin will dictate the type program and progressions of
each program appropriately. No two programs are necessarily alike as
each client's abilities and goals are very different. We currently
offer 1-on-1, Partner and Small Group (3-5) training sessions in 60, 75 and 90 minute durations. Check out our Personal Training packages below.
Don't have any equipment? We can bring equipment to you to use
during your session, make recommendations if you would like to add to
your home gym or refer you to one of our affiliates.
Personal Training Packages
Package rates are
based on 60 minute sessions in our primary service areas. All packages
can be adjusted to a 75 or 90 minute session if preferred by the client
at the adjusted package price.
Four Pack $515
Includes a FMA and four sessions (to be completed in six weeks)
Six Pack $745
Includes a FMA and six sessions (to be completed in eight weeks)
Intense Ten Pack $1205
Includes a FMA and 10 sessions (to be completed in six weeks)
Bronze 10 Session Pack $1260
Includes one weekly session and two FMA's (to be completed in 12 weeks)

Weight Loss Wonder
Includes a full and
complete approach to the client that needs a weight loss intervention!
This is an intense package of services involving nutrition, personal
training, metabolic testing, lifestyle coaching and more over the course
of 3-6 months or however long it takes to get you to reach your
goals. This is one of the best investments you will ever make regarding

Total Wellness Approach
Includes
a full and complete approach to the client that needs major change in
their fitness and wellness levels. For the client wanting to transform
their body, mind and lifestyle utilizing our entire wellness team of
health professionals and services.
These packages can help clients that want to lose weight, reduce or
possibly eliminate the need for medications, reduce stress levels, gain
control on their lives through their health, reduce blood pressure and
cholesterol levels and so much more. This is an intense package of
services involving nutrition, personal training, metabolic testing,
lifestyle coaching, yoga and massage therapy sessions over the course of
3-6 months or however long it takes to get you on the right track
towards your goals. For sick clients needing to get well the right way

Personalized Fitness Program $85
Just need a fitness program? We can design a 4 week training program
personalized for you based on your goals. Added to a Fitness &
Movement Assessment this is a near perfect way to get you started!
Virtual Training ($150 per month)
This
option includes a month of progressive workouts and accountability each week. This service is great for clients wanting the
flexibility of having their programs available when they need to reach
them, accountability and consistent communication with a coach.
This service is also great for clients that don't need
accountability adhering to their fitness program but instead, clear cut
fitness programming and modifications to it at a great price. Once
you have achieved your goals this is a great opportunity for you to
maintain your fitness with fewer 1-on-1 training sessions but
still change up your routine and stay motivated!
