Outside of the HYDRATION element of wellness, we believe that nutrition comprises over 75% towards the success of your wellness program. For clients that choose not to partake through our Metabolic Typing programs we offer traditional forms of nutrition services with our Registered Dietitian.
We believe that several common degenerative diseases are caused by chronic nutritional deficiencies and excesses. Adequate hydration is often the first deficiency and is imperative to proper organ function, energy levels and many other body processes which makes your water intake vital to your program. This is emphasized even more if your goals are weight or fat loss related.
The quality of our soil and food is not what it once was and the influx of over processed foods in our daily diets are wreaking havoc on our bodies. This is evident in the rise of illness and disease over the last 20 years. We encourage our clients through a variety of service offerings to utilize food as their medicine in order to achieve optimum levels of health.

Learn why your shopping habits are getting in the way or your nutrition goals. This is a fun, educational session that will leave you feeling in control of what you eat!
